1. Facial & Biometric Data Handling (Apple Guideline 5.1.2 Compliance)
🔒 OUR ZERO-PERSISTENCE FACIAL DATA PROMISE
Facetric AI does NOT store, sell, or track your raw facial selfies on any permanent cloud databases. Biometric analysis is ephemeral and saved locally on your device.
- Data Collected: Frontal facial selfies uploaded or captured by the user solely to calculate geometric aesthetic ratios (e.g., gonial angle, canthal tilt, midface ratio, skin clarity).
- Purpose of Processing: The photo is processed strictly to output visual scores, archetype comparisons, and actionable skincare/grooming routines requested by the user.
- Third-Party Processing: Photos are transmitted via secure TLS encryption directly to our private edge processing bridge powered by Google LLC (Google Gemini Vision APIs) solely for instantaneous inference. Google provides equal data protection standards, does not retain user photos, and does not use submitted data to train public AI models.
- Storage & Retention: We do not maintain a persistent database of user photos. Once geometric landmarks are extracted, the results and photos are stored 100% locally on your device's memory.
- Data Deletion: You can wipe all stored scan records and chat histories instantly at any time via Settings > Clear Local Scan History inside the app.
2. Anonymous & Crash Analytics
We do not require mandatory registration or account creation to use the app. We may collect non-personally identifiable diagnostic and telemetry data (such as app crashes or OS version) to ensure application stability.
3. Third-Party Services
Our app integrates trusted industry-standard infrastructure providers that provide equal or higher privacy protection:
- Google LLC (Google Gemini API): For ephemeral AI biometric inference and text consultations without data persistence or model training.
- Apple StoreKit & RevenueCat: For secure in-app purchase validation and subscription fulfillment.
- Cloudflare: For secure Edge API request routing and DDoS protection.
4. Children's Privacy
Facetric AI is not intended for individuals under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

By downloading or using Facetric AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard Apple EULA).

2. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases
Facetric AI offers auto-renewable premium subscriptions and consumable add-ons:
- Platinum Tier: $3.99 / week (3 scans/week + 3 AI Coach questions per scan).
- Gold Tier Weekly: $6.99 / week (7 scans/week + unlimited 24/7 AI Coach).
- Gold Tier Annual: $39.99 / year (7 scans/week + unlimited 24/7 AI Coach).
- Single Scan Add-on: $1.99 (1-time consumable credit).
Billing & Renewal: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle.
Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time directly through your iPhone Settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions).
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to upload photos of other individuals without their consent, or upload content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringing on intellectual property rights.
4. Limitation of Liability
Facetric AI and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application.
